What is Elasty?

Elasty is a Cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid filler at a concentration of 24 mg/ml.

The gel is Monophasic, meaning it has a uniform texture. Its HA cross-linking process uses the brand’s proprietary PNET™ — Preserved Natural Entanglement Technology.

When injected into an appropriate location, it can fill sunken areas and folds or add definition to facial contours.

Elasty offers 3 gel grades: Fine, Deep and Grand. These suit different areas and treatment needs, from a softer texture to greater shape retention.

Which Elasty formulations are available?

Elasty Fine

Elasty F Plus box
Elasty F Plus

The softest of the 3 formulations, suited to detailed work and blending with tissue.

It is often selected for areas such as:

  • Lips
  • Fine lines
  • Areas needing a soft filler
  • Areas with relatively frequent movement

It suits a natural appearance rather than pronounced structural shaping or projection.

Elasty Deep

Elasty D Plus box
Elasty D Plus

A medium-grade gel with versatile uses for both filling folds and restoring volume.

Commonly used areas include:

  • Nasolabial folds
  • Marionette lines
  • Lips
  • Anterior cheeks
  • Chin
  • Areas needing a moderate amount of added volume

It sits between the softness of Fine and the shape retention of Grand.

Elasty Grand

Elasty G Plus box
Elasty G Plus

The most viscous formulation in the series, with the greatest shape retention.

It suits treatments that need definition or structural shaping, such as:

  • Chin
  • Jawline
  • Anterior cheeks
  • Areas requiring volume enhancement
  • Areas needing greater support and shape retention

Fine, Deep and Grand are designed with different gel properties to better suit different facial areas.

How do Fine / Deep / Grand differ?

In simple terms:

Fine

Soft gel for detailed work and areas that need a natural look.

Deep

Medium-grade gel for filling folds and restoring volume.

Grand

Firmer gel with greater shape retention, for definition and structural contouring.

A firmer formulation is not inherently better; the texture should suit the injection area.

What is PNET™ Technology?

PNET stands for Preserved Natural Entanglement Technology.

It is Elasty’s Cross-linking technology for creating the HA Gel structure. The manufacturer states that it is designed to use a low amount of BDDE during Cross-linking and includes steps to remove residual BDDE from the product.

The technology gives the gel elasticity, viscosity and cohesion suited to filler use.

What is Elasty Plus?

Elasty has a Plus series comprising:

  • Elasty F Plus
  • Elasty D Plus
  • Elasty G Plus

Plus formulations contain Lidocaine 0.3% within the filler to help reduce discomfort during injection. The Plus series contains HA 24 mg/ml and Lidocaine 0.3%.

Tell your doctor before injection if you have a history of allergy to Lidocaine or local anaesthetics.

Where can Elasty be used?

Different gel grades may be selected for areas such as:

  • Lips
  • Chin
  • Nasolabial folds
  • Marionette lines
  • Anterior cheeks
  • Hollow cheeks
  • Forehead
  • Jawline
  • Areas with volume loss

This does not mean the same formulation should be used everywhere. Highly mobile areas and areas needing structural shaping require different filler textures.

Who may Elasty suit?

It may suit people who:

  • Want to restore volume in sunken areas
  • Have facial folds that are becoming noticeable
  • Want fuller lips
  • Want to refine the chin or facial proportions
  • Want more anterior cheek dimension
  • Want to refine the jawline
  • Want an HA Filler that can be dissolved if necessary
  • Want the doctor to select filler firmness for each area

How long does Elasty last?

Duration varies with the formulation and injection area.

Commonly cited ranges are:

Elasty Fine / F PlusApproximately 6–9 months
Elasty Deep / D PlusApproximately 9–12 months
Elasty Grand / G PlusApproximately 12–18 months

These are approximate ranges, not manufacturer-guaranteed durations. The official Elasty website does not specify a fixed number of months for each formulation.

Actual duration also depends on:

  • Variant used
  • Injection site
  • Injection layer
  • Amount used
  • Movement in the area
  • Individual metabolism

Frequently moving areas such as the lips may break down filler faster than areas where firmer filler is used for structural contouring.

Can Elasty be used for the lips?

Yes. Softer or medium-grade formulations can be planned for adding volume and refining lip shape.

Fine or Deep is selected according to the original lips and desired shape, such as softness, fullness or lip-border detail.

The formulation name alone should not determine the choice; gel properties and the desired shape should be considered together.

Can Elasty be used for the chin?

Yes. Formulations with greater shape retention, such as Deep or Grand, are often chosen according to chin shape and the degree of correction needed.

For greater chin length or Projection, a gel with more support can maintain the shape better than a very soft gel.

Can Elasty be dissolved?

Yes.

Elasty is a Hyaluronic Acid Filler, so Hyaluronidase can help dissolve it if a doctor considers it necessary.

A doctor should first assess the filler’s location and amount before dissolving it.

How long does Elasty take to settle?

Changes in volume or shape are visible immediately after injection, although early swelling from the needle and injection may also be present.

Generally, wait approximately 1–2 weeks for swelling to decrease before reassessing the shape.

Initial swelling may be more noticeable in the lips than in other areas.

Can swelling occur after Elasty?

After treatment, there may be:

  • Swelling
  • Redness
  • Needle marks
  • Bruising
  • Mild pain or tightness

Symptoms vary by injection area and individual.

If you experience progressively worsening severe pain, pale or abnormally discoloured skin, or visual disturbances, contact a doctor immediately, as urgent assessment may be needed.

How can I check that Elasty is genuine?

Before injection, you should be able to inspect the product being used.

Check:

  • The ELASTY name
  • Fine / Deep / Grand formulation
  • Whether it is a Plus formulation
  • Syringe size
  • Lot number
  • Expiry date
  • Dongbang Medical manufacturer information
  • Matching information on the box and syringe
  • Intact packaging

Packaging may vary by formulation and country of sale, so inspect the actual product before injection.

Inspect the product before injection at The Ality

Before treatment, you can inspect the box, variant, Lot number, and actual product being used.

The box is opened for you to see before use, the product can be checked, and it is never secretly switched.

As each filler formulation has a different texture, knowing which formulation is used is just as important as knowing how many cc.
