Ality White / Ality Glow / Ality Aura / Ality Snow / Ality Bright

What is IV Drip?

IV Drip delivers fluids, vitamins or nutrients according to a formulation through a vein.

The formulas are not all the same: each has different goals and ingredients.

Before treatment, consider

  • Your care goals
  • Your overall health
  • Underlying medical conditions
  • Medicines or supplements you take
  • Your allergy history
  • The formula and amount you will receive

This helps guide a programme suited to each person.

Can IV Drip lighten skin?

Skin-focused formulas such as Ality Snow and Ality Bright focus on radiance, reducing the appearance of dullness and supporting Skin Radiance.

There is no guarantee of how many shades lighter IV Drip will make skin. Natural skin tone depends on pigment and genetics, and responses to vitamins differ between people.

How does IV Drip differ from Skinbooster?

Both can be used within skin-care programmes, but they use different methods.

IV Drip

Delivers the formula’s vitamins and nutrients through a vein.

It does not inject a product directly into facial skin.

Skinbooster

Uses products such as HA or PN injected directly into the skin layers of the area being treated.

It therefore places greater emphasis on Skin Quality in the injected area.

For some people, both programmes can form part of one care plan, but they are not direct substitutes for each other.

How does IV Drip differ from oral vitamins?

IV Drip delivers the formula directly into a vein, bypassing the digestive tract that oral vitamins pass through.

This does not mean IV Drip is “better” than oral vitamins for everyone.

People who eat a balanced diet and have no nutritional deficiency may not need additional high-dose vitamins.

The choice should therefore reflect each person’s suitability and goals.

Can I have a single session?

Yes.

Not everyone needs to purchase a course.

You can start by choosing a formula for your care goals, then assess your response before planning another session.

How long do IV Drip effects last?

IV Drip differs from Filler or Botox, whose effects can be described more clearly in terms of several months.

Different vitamins and nutrients are used and eliminated by the body at different rates.

The following statement should therefore not be used

“A single Drip lasts 1 month”

as a standard claim for every formula.

If you wish to continue treatment, plan the frequency around the formula’s ingredients and a doctor’s assessment.

How long does a session take?

Drip duration depends on

  • Fluid volume
  • The formula used
  • Infusion rate
  • Individual response

The Drip rate should not be increased simply to finish sooner, because the appropriate rate differs by substance and person.

What does a Drip feel like?

A needle or IV line will be placed in a vein during treatment.

Some people may feel

  • Coolness in the arm
  • Tightness at the needle site
  • The sensation of fluid flowing
  • Mild pain around the needle

Tell the staff immediately if you experience any unusual symptoms during treatment.

Does IV Drip have side effects?

Even when vitamins are used, intravenous administration remains a procedure that requires appropriate assessment and care.

Possible effects include

  • Pain or bruising at the needle site
  • Swelling around the vein
  • Irritation or inflammation at the infusion site
  • Dizziness or feeling unwell during treatment
  • Allergy to certain ingredients

There may also be risks from receiving inappropriate amounts of fluids or certain vitamins.

Always share your health information before treatment.

Who should inform their doctor before IV Drip?

Before treatment, tell the clinician if you

  • Have an existing medical condition
  • Have heart disease
  • Have kidney disease
  • Have liver problems
  • Have a history of allergy to medicines or certain substances
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Take regular medicines
  • Take several vitamins or supplements
  • Have recently had an IV or another procedure

Both the fluid volume and the substances in each formula may need to be adjusted for the individual.
